We offer exchange only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Exchanges are applicable in case of:
Size issues
Defective or damaged product
Incorrect item received
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
If exchange is not preferred or possible, customers will receive Store Credit only.
No refunds will be processed to bank account, card, UPI, or wallet.
Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
It can be used for future purchases on our website.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
To be eligible for exchange or store credit:
Request must be raised within 4 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags and packaging must be intact
No stains, odor, or damage caused by the customer
Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective)
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Customized or personalized products
