Refund & cancellation policy
IN VIEW OF THE ORDER ISSUED BY GOVERNMENT DUE TO COVID - 19, REVERSE PICK UPS ARE GETTING DELAYED.
THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKES 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS
Here are all the steps -
1. You file the return/exchange request on email Care@aisthetikoswear.com
2. Briefly mention the reason and do not forget to mention Order ID
3(A). (if service available at your pin code) We arrange the reverse pickup by a courier company
- You pack the product same as it was received. Please note, it is the your responsibility to get a bag and properly pack the shipment so that it stays safe while in transit. The courier guy won't accept the shipment if it is not packed in a bag.
4. Your products gets picked up by the courier company and gets shipped back to us. This takes about 3-8 business days (reverse pickups are slower than forward shipments)
5. We receive the product back in our warehouse
6. We perform a Quality Check.
7. Then, if you want a refund, we'll initiate a refund as per the details provided by you & the money will reach you within 1-3 business days.
8. If you want an exchange, then we'll ship your exchange shipment within 48 Working hours, which should reach you within the next 3-6 business days.
Kindly ask for Shipping/ Tracking Code in order to track your reverse Shipment
IN CASE OF MISSING ITEMS, CUSTOMERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY AND NOT REFUNDS.
Note: If you want a faster exchange/return we request you to yourself ship the order back to our warehouse.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 15 days of delivery of your shipment, for India
- Accessories & under garments are not returnable
- All products must be in original condition
- All products must be unwashed and unused
- All products must be in the original packaging with all tags intact
- Returns/Exchanges are not applicable on Products on sale/discounted products
Free gifts or promotional items are non refundable!
Shipping charges are not refundable.
In case of Exchange, please mention the Size you want in notes.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN?
- There are no charges for exchange.
- If you decide to fully/partially return your order, then we will offer you a Devoted Voucher of the value of your order. You can use this Gift Card to purchase any other Devoted product/s you like, anytime in the future.
- If you want your money to be refunded, ₹99 per 100₹-1000 is charged as 'Shipping & COD CHARGES' depending on the shipping location.
- There won't be any deduction if you self-ship the products back to our warehouse - Address - 201, Plot no:-22, Shakti khand-2, Indrapuram 201014, Ghaziabad
Note: Exchange/return is applicable only once per order.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- We will drop you an email once we receive the return. Later, a quality check is performed and again we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-10 working days.
